First ride of the season

I'm hitting the water for the first time this season tomorrow. Was hoping to go out a couple weeks ago but didn't get a chance. I'll try to get some pics or video up soon.

lmoa, last week it was -15c and got a few feet of snow and tomorrow I'm going wakeboarding because it's +25c. Crazy ass weather in my area. But I get my first set of the season in tomorrow and it's gonna be COLD. lol. but ll the water in my area is mountain run off and doesn't really get warm anyways. no real lakes around here, just slews.

When I rode in Feb, the water was around 10C.
Not as much fun in a drysuit, but at least I was riding.
24-25C now, so trunkin' it is not a prob.

Well I forgot the camera so I don't have any pics or video. I took two sets before it was time to go and everything went well. On the first set I took a few turns then charged the wake with a hard heel edge and started the season off with a nice big wake to wake. This was really bocce because I wasn't sure how long it was going to take to get back into it this season.

Overall it was a great day. It will probably be another 2 weeks before I get out again.
