I would budget $400 for your wakeboard and bindings. Or if you don't know if you like the sport spend a hundred on a cheapo board ride it for a season and if you decide you want something nicer, then move up.
however if you have crap bindings that may ruin the sport for you. It's okay to be on a somewhat questionable board for a bit but if your binding are uncomfy and loose, you wont like it. kind of a win/lose situation here... |

Ok cool i will look for the more name brand stuff then. Speaking of that, what would be a good entry level binding that won't break the bank but would last for a season or 2. I have a "cheapo" board already its a hydroslide but need bindings.
Thanks again _________________ Hold my beer and watch this!! |

| I just got some obrians for 250 and they are MUCH better then the universals that the other boards come with. I'm sure you could find something cheapr though, wakeboarding isn't really big in my area and the shops that carry gear really over price. |

ok thanks.. went to the boat/board shop here in okc yesterday and they were having a sidewalk sale. I picked up a hyperlite motive board with foundation bindings for $99. The board is a demo but looks new and the bindings are brand new. Can't wait to get on the water!!! Thanks again for the help. _________________ Hold my beer and watch this!! |
