Wow. I hope you are not a native english-speaker.
It sounds like you might be bent over too much when you hit the ramp, causing your hips to get out behind you. Try and keep your upper body straight up and down, and only bend at your knees. Just ride up and over the ramp a few times and as you get more comfortable, start popping off of it more and more. |

I'm not a cable rider, but the basic concept is the same. Sounds like you let the handle out, which pulled you over. Regardless of what you're attempting off the kicker, you want your handle at your waist when you hit it. For a raley style trick, you let it out, and for a spin or an air you keep it tight to your body. The line is your leverage, and what you do with the handle in the air directly effects your body position. Maybe you should start by absorbing the ramp with your legs until you get the feel for it. Let me know if I'm way off. _________________

| I'm assuming you tried to hit the kicker toeside: like these guys said, if your diving over your toes it is because the handle is out, your bent over, or your not edging all the way to the kicker. If your diving over your front shoulder like more of a heel front flip rotation, it could be because your popping too front foot heavy, try putting a little more weight on your back foot and even leaning back more. I had the same problem when learning to hit a kicker toeside. |
