expert advice needed on used boat

i am looking to upgrade from a 1978 invader.. haha and ive run into a 1995 ski nautique. with tower and fatsacs. i would like to know if this boat would most likely throw a decent wake. i am a college student and i cant afford a new malibu(i wish) but i can make do with the next best thing. i cant spend more than 15K whats yalls advice on decent older boats that throw a good wake? i really appreciate it.

You have to take it out and see. I have a 98 ski nautique with tower and 2 750 sacs and it puts out a decent wake.
