I found my old handle with a wrap handle on it while cleaning out my garage the other day and took it out and played around with it the other day.
I tried a wrapped front heelside mobe and have a question. When i wrap up should the rope be wrapped around my hips or higher up around my chest area?
When i tried it i had it wrapped around pretty high on my chest and it wasnt a terrible attempt, i think ill have it pretty soon, but i was just wondering if it would help.
Thanks |

| I'm not too experienced with it, but from what I've seen most people seem to go around their waist. |

I always used to try and get the handle in the small of my back. I think the important part is having decent leverage with the hand that isn't wrapped.
Just curious, do you ever get the handle wrapped around your hand? I used to do some wrapped OA spins and damn near every time I'd come around and have the handle folded over practically trapping my hand. |

actual handle. The "V" of the handle would cross over the top of my hand somehow and pinch it in. Was definitely weird, and I think most times that i actually landed the trick that's how I would land.
Could have been a defect of the handle of course, but that was a long time ago so I don't even know what handle I'd have been using. |
