Big Thanks to BoardStop

I just wanted to give a big thanks to BoardStop and their awesome customer service. I ordered a LF Watson Hybrid from another store last night, only to find out this morning they were out of stock (even though their website never changed). After ordering from yet another store and going through the same thing, I gave the guys over at BoardStop a call and verified they had a 139 Hybrid in stock. Not only did they have it in stock, but only a few hours after placing my order it had already shipped because I notified them I was hoping to have it by the weekend. These guys really went above and beyond and unlike other stores...answered my questions truthfully. I'll definitely be buying all of my wake gear from them now on, regardless if I have to pay a little more for it.

bridges, Wish I had known about that earlier, could have saved me some money.

I wish I knew about the coupon code as well, that could have saved me about $50 on my new board and could've allowed me to go ahead and order my new plush handle.

Oh well, now I know and I'll use it on my next order.

Is there a physical retail store as well for boardstop or is it just an online store? Pretty impressive to get stuff shipped that fast. The only other store like that is performance. If you order something from Florida it arrives the next day everytime. They also will warranty anything you buy from them except a slider damaged board (which they still might) no questions asked and give you the new product right there. You don't have to wait for the company to ship it back.

I think there is a actual store. im about 95 percent sure there is. it's in Austin.

Ordered all my gear from Boardstop,never a problem! I just ordered an extra v-drive sac today for my walkway and all the fittings for my auto ballast setup.Wish I would have known about the code LOL.
