Picked up a Company Recruit a couple months ago and finally got to ride it a few times. I can't say one bad thing about this board. I have yet to have a hard landing, yet all my landings seem in the flats. Its just a great board and i am totally sold on flex boards.

After a couple times out I noticed a small issue. I took some pics and sent them to Company looking for some help. Oh ya I sent the email at like 12:15am. Literally 10 minutes later I get a reply from the owner saying they will look into it for me and make sure I'm taken care of. about a day later I get an email from Justin again and they are taking care of it for me.

I really don't know what to say other then if all companies provided service like "Company" we wouldn't have much to complain about. They went way above and beyond what companies would do for their customers. After that i'm also a customer for life.

If you haven't take one for a rip I suggest trying one out. The Recruit is a continous but man it pops up like a 3 stage.

I agree, that's definitely what makes a company, fast service and standing by your product like none other. None of this "do you have your receipt?" bullsh*t. If it's a product you made you should stand by it. Glad "Company" is getting it right.

I've had very good luck with LF but I heard someone else on the forum here got asked for a receipt recently and that p*ssed me off. I might have to try company out next season. See how I feel about all this flex business.

If a company wanting to verify that an item was sold legitimately before they warranty something offends you don't ever buy a car/computer/snowboard/etc because you're in for a big surprise.

Sold legitimately? Wtf are you talking about? If I was a company producing products and I stuck my brand out there I should stand behind what I make. I'm not the f'ing police. Why do I give a sh*t how it was bought? A company's only concern should be putting out a quality product and standing behind it. Do we perhaps own some stock in a company of our own?

Get the sand out.

I was considering buying a Company Wakeboard. After reading this post, I went forward with the purchase of a Severance.

leviwynnyk, thanks for posting your experience.

Im stoked about the new ride.

Man, I was a bit hesitant about the flex last year but I don't find it all that different then my non flex Covin, but I sure like the landings and I really just like the way it rides. I had heard it takes a while to get used to but i was out of the gates first run.

And the service from Company was just awesome, way beyond what I even expected. I can't say enough good things about them.

Now if it would just stop snowing.

I hate the company's here in Holland, they always want the board in their hand to check it out... Makes me sick, then i cant ride my own board for 3 weeks. Especially Buywake.eu very slow with customers support. Fast with selling...

I think we're talking about different things here. You're talking about a company you bought the board from. Like buywake, evogear, etc. We're talking about board manufacturers, like Liquid Force, Hyperlite, CWB, Company.

If you go through a board shop, or board selling site, things will likely be slower because they need to make sure they're servicing something they sold.

If you're talking directly to a board manufacturer it's likely because you think a product is misbehaving. I.E. "My bindings just tore my 3rd time riding - you need to replace these because they should last longer than 3 rides."
