Does this handle have carbon fiber on the sides? I can't find a description that says it does, it just says "5'' sidewalls" whatever that means..

Anyways I'm not a big fan of handles that have hard sides as eventually it's going to get launched into the board. Anyone know if the sides of this handle are hard or soft?

Looks like it's all of liquid force handles:

Do NOT buy these handles, they break easily! I've gone through 2 of them in 1 summer and they cost like over 100 a piece!

well it's too late Wink I gave up waiting for someone to tell me about it and I bought it. I'll keep the receipt though and if it snaps I'll call up LF and warranty it. Handles shouldn't be snapping ever. I'm sure they'd stand behind their product.

For anyone else looking at the LF handles and are worried about the side tabs being rough enough to hurt the board - don't worry about it. I just got the handle in the mail yesterday and while the sides are a harder plastic, they still flex enough that if the handle got shot into the board, it wouldn't do a significant amount of damage.

Now if it's true they snap in half easily as topher mentioned, that would suck. I'm keeping my receipt handy Smile

I'm telling you man I went through 2 handles in about a month last summer... Evil or Very Mad They're great light weight handles, but they bend easily.
