Another weird sleeping issue

Has anyone else ever had a huge adrenaline rush just before you dose off.

About 3-4 months ago I started getting Hypnic jerks every other night, which means just before I finally fall asleep my whole body twitches.

Those disappeared for a couple weeks, and now I get adrenaline rushes instead. These things keep me up for hours till my body is to tired and I pass out.

I get maybe 4 hours of sleep, most annoying sh1t ever.

The sudden jerk is called the Myoclonic jerks-"can occur infrequently, at random or in a regular pattern. Some people who experience these twitches find their muscles releasing into a myoclonic jerk every 30 seconds for hours at a time. Other people may experience such a jerk once during the night and never feel it again.
