Any contractors on here? How much do you suspect that this will increase the cost of a remodel. I have a tiny bit more demo to do in my condo. Thinking about two days worth. Was hoping to put that off till the fall, it's part of phase 2 on the project. Do I need to attack this now or can I wait. This may have to be a weekend project.
