Is that board a good size board for a intermidiate 140 pound boat and cable rider? And is it as light as the reflex?

Your questions are getting very repetitive. Board weight is not going to make a huge difference especially for a beginner. Basically any name brand board is probablly going to be a good board its really personal preference they all ride differently. the 138 will be a good size size board for you.
