I have that handle and I love it! It's super light, floats, very easy on the hands (I always wore gloves before using this), good grip, it's quite thick aswell which I like. _________________ Suck it up and get hardcore! |

Helium......hands down the best handle I've ever owned. No roll since the triangle is stiff. But it doesn't knock somebody out if you hit them with it....that carbon handle can be painful. Plus you can swap out the bar when it eventually wears out. http://www.stearnsflotation.com/Heliumreg-Accessories-C37.aspx _________________ Wake up and Ride! |

don't I bought it cause the carbon fiber hype stuff when I was a noob
there are plenty of other handles out there for cheaper that are better. yea the grip is thick and soft but it wasnt my cup of tea. I like smaller handles.
not to mention the paint chips off those things easy and they can look like shiat after just a year.
go for a helium handle _________________ Wake Forest University |

| Look at the Proline stuff. Their new handles are incredible. They have the LG Series which is the original Leather Grip type handle. This year they offer different stitched grips in their LG. They also have one with a triangle shaped grip (versus round) called the LGT (leather grip triangle) it makes holding on very easy. Best handle out there! |

Proline LG is where its at.... nice lightweight handle that floats well and has a great grip.... I only used hard rubber handles for the longest time because of the grip but started riding with a proline lg and have been loving it _________________ http://www.clevelandboatcenter.com |

Handle is all rider preference, everyone is going to have their own opinion about what handle works best for them. Focus on what is important to you.... Size, shape, flotation, and grip. These are the most common. I think a safe bet, would be any of the new rope and handle combos that almost all of the major companys are making. Check out the LG combo by proline, chamois combo by Accurate, Tyro grey ARI w/ team 85' combo. All of these rope and handle combos are $119.99. _________________ Free Ride, Love to Ride and Push Yourself.

+1 for the Accurate Chamois package. its an awesome handle, diameter is middle of the road, not to skinny, not like holding a log, plus its only $30 more than if you were to buy the a-line or x-line on its own. its basically the same as the 2010 murray handle but the logo is stitched instead of screened so it will never peel off. and it floats. soft to the touch, memory foam under the chamois grip, and super tacky when wet. its my favorite handle ive ever used in my 10 years of riding. check it out.

p.s. they are a little cheaper if you get them from another store besides the HL website store, i just posted this link for viewing purposes. _________________ Mark Kenney, 1983-2002
