I love Jetpilots A-10 attack vest, super light weight, flexible and dig the combat patterns.

I'm only buying helium from now on... mine is CGA and very thin yet floats great.

I love the style from Billabong and loved my old cga from them but the new vests seem to always be non-cga.

heres the helium inmate i use.

Totally agree, I picked one up last season. Awesome impact resistance and great mobility. Two thumbs up

My personal fave is the ripcurl stealth vest. Whats your guys opinion on the most comfy/thinnest/flexible cga approved vest? Im tired of renting ones at the cable that i dont really like.

shaggyboarder, yea the stealth has always looked interesting to me, I'd love to try one out.

as far as a thin/comfy/flexy vest, I love me helium inmate.

they make a similar vest that looks like it might be even better.. but it's a pretty penny

I got myself Ronix Muse CGA vest. I has some extra padding round the chest area. And I was thinking that my backroll wipeouts will not hurt as much but no...just as painful...However, i still love this vest. It fits very nicely and it is quite snug.

O'Neil Checkmate is my vest of choice. Feels like you're wearing an Under Armour sleeveless since it's so light and fairly thin. It doesn't float the best (air in lungs, about to my nose, air out, down I go, but slowly) but protection-wise, it's really nice to have. I love the mobility in it since it doesn't irritate my arms when moving around in it and I have full range of motion of my core...it's perfect!

Recently got a 2010 Frank vest, but the medium was too small since the shi.t is made in f'ing China now. Even my friend who is smaller than me said he would need a large. Other than that, seems like an okay vest but I don't like the full pad going across my stomach...it's really awkward but it looks siiiiiiick. Laughing

shaggyboarder, The Hyperlite Murray vest is probably the thinnest CGA vest. That's the one I bought. It isn't thin by any means and still makes you feel pregnant and just sucks in general but out of the CGA's I thnk its the thinnest and best. I hate these new rules about wearing CGA vests at the cables. I just looked it up and now it is called the Special Agent vest. They say that they removed the padding around the ribs so you don't get the CGA pregnancy feel but I can say that is definitely not the case but whatever. You don't have much of a choice lol

Yeah I think its a dumb rule I mean you already sign a waiver, I would gladly sign another one letting me wear a ncga vest and taking my own risk... maybe someone can propose one? Next time im at miamiskinautique, Im just going to try on all the cga vests they have and see what one I like best.

Hyperlite side entry cga is my favorite. No pregnant look. Only downfall is when you take a bad spill, the vest can come unzipped a bit.

So can someone put up a link or tell me where they bought their CGA online? I can't see boardstop at work so I don't know what prices I'm lookin at. Lookin for a good comfortable CGA. Probably between the Special Agent or Murray if I find one. Looked at Perfski and I'm guess I'm gonna be spending 100. So hit me up with any links to CGA's you like for 100ish.
