when does your season start

I'm curious when every one starts to ride. I know some poeple are a little more brave and will ride as long as the water is'nt frozen. I know poeple that won't get in the water before april around here, wusses. Just wondering what point you say "o.k. it's time to ride"

Im thinkin about it, if it gets a little warmer. The lake is glass all winter and chopy most of the summer. Im either going to jump in the freezing cold lake, or build a slider, stick it in the snow, and get pulled on my wakeboard by a snowmobile in powder. Very Happy

i finally got a new boat I'm getting a dry suit today and plan on riding every sunday till I can't board no more.

the ice doesnt' melt here til about late april, early may, so not til late may, and i'm usualy done in september.

I dunno, the water isn't frozen here but i dont know anyone that's still ridin. At the latest i'll start ridin consistently again in mid february.

as soon as the weather gets better in sac, we start, doesn't matter when, and then we're always up in tahoe, and we start around june there, but we usually go to stampede or boca....definetely not lake tahoe.

i honsetly never ever stop. it slows a little in the winter like 3 times a week and in the summer everyday all day so its sick!!! late

Hopefully in April. I better hurry up and to that new year's resolution and get back in shape! My season is going to depend on how well the new addition to the family likes the boat.

Sean, I remember that weekend too well. I was camping with some friends a little bit past my cottage. I was planning to stop for an hour or two use my new Premier for the first time on the way home, but, come Sunday it started to snow, and not only I didn't get to use my new board but I had to hang 3 friggin tents in my garage to dry that night. grrrrrrrrr Evil or Very Mad

I'm really hoping for an early spring this year.

I ride year round. The offseason is the best, the water is empty most of the time. I especially like fall, still warm and way less people Laughing

normally my season never ends, but since i have been out of town for a long while my season will start as soon as i get back home: in about a month.

May til October here, as long as the air temp + water temp is like 105 - 110 combined i'm riding. Can't wait for the lake to thaw!
