Alright, i've been browsing all of the internet for a ski boat with a reasonable wakeboard wake. I saw this one, withthe Illusion tower, 4 speakers, and the wedge.
I know the ski wake will be fine, but how will the wake be for riding?
Any help apppreciated

My wife had one when I met her. The freeboard is really low so you cannot surf safely without getting water in the fuel (ask me how I know) The wake is OK with 1k lbs and the wedge with some people but it any more than that it starts to get too low in the water. We tried a bunch of weight configurations but it was nothing compared to its big brother the Sunsetter

This is the wake on my boat, 2003 Wakesetter LXI (basically a Response LXI with some wakesetter options). Rider is 5'10, 500lbs center ballast and wedge deployed. May not be ideal for some but it does the job for me but I am def a beginner rider.

The fuel vent is in the wrong location, way too far back and too low. The vent sucked up water and we had to replace 6 injectors. We thought we ran out of gas.
