When you grab 180's, do you initiate the spin first and grab it as it's rotating around? Or do you grab it, hold, release and then spin?
Grabbing it while it's rotating seems way easier but I'm not sure if that's technically right. Or does it really matter as long as it's clean. |

dalderman, just a difference of style. My normal 180 I grab while I rotate. But I think it looks slick to wait to rotate and grab slob, like you're pushing yourself 180 with your hand. Other people do a tap and then rotate, but I don't think it looks as smooth. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

| Waiting to spin is where you rack up the style points. My personal favorite is front hand on toeside near nose (sorry dont know grab names) point it a lil, then rotate a late fs 180. Like wakebrad said, it kinda looks like you're pushing the 1 with your hand. Cool stuff. |
