NorthwestRider, it's actually really, really simple. Warm up with some roll to reverts with the revert coming way early, but not coming around sloppy. When you land on these, try to push the handle towards your back as if you were going to pass it so you're ready for it when you do go for the full mobe. Otherwise it's just that last 180 and it's fairly simple. Make sure that coming into the wake you take an easier approach that normal. Naturally you come off the wake harder and travel further for this.
My worst problem was always landing. First trying them, you might land a little stiff or over rotate the spin a little bit which will cause you to fall on your face. After a few tries the rotation comes naturally and it's not a bad trick to do.
