| My daughter is only 2 years old but, I was wondering at what age she could learn to WakeBoard? And should she learn to Water Ski first. I know I've seen kids Water sking as early as three. Do they make a WakeBoard for someone that small or should I just have her learn to ski untill a certain age or weight? If so what age or weight should I start her on WakeBoarding. |

Do you surf? I've seen some folks get their kids out with them on a surf board at 2-3. You may be able to get her out with you on a board at that age too. I'd say realistically 4-5 would be feasible if you've had her out doing something with you a little bit by then. _________________ If love is blind, why is lingerie so popular? |

For my son it was a matter of waiting until he could fall and not freak out before we could come back to get him.
We had the ski trainer, but I do not recommend it. He only used it 2-3 times, then was bored. I prefer a kneeboard, as it allows them to hold the rope themselves, which is a more important skill to learn (IMHO) |

I recommend this as well. I was a water ski/wakeboard instructor for a family resort last summer and gave lessons 7 days/week to kids and adults of all ages (the kigs were generally below 13 years old though). Kneeboarding is definitely the way to go if you want a kid to get in to skiing/wakeboarding and have fun doing it without frustration. They can usually pick it up really easily and have fun with it, once they're comfortable on the water, you can start them on other things like a wakeboard or skis. |
