|
|
So i've got my tantrums dialed every try, taking them bigger and bigger. Now i want to get them to blind.
So far what i know is to pull the handle into the small of my back once i spot my landing.
Any more advice anyone wants to give before i go out this weekend and try it? THANKS IN ADVANCE |

| curtblanchette, what you said is right. Just take it straight up, spot the landing, and turn your body while getting the handle to the small of your back. It's really not that hard of a trick, it's just a little difficult committing to it if it's your first invert-to-blind trick. Keep your head down and don't take your eyes off the water as you turn blind because it might cause you to bounce or slide out if you close your eyes or guess where the water is. Watch some videos in slow motion (or pause-play motion) and watch the movements, practice on the tramp, and let us know how it goes on the water. Good luck! |

holdsworth, Thanks for the advice! i figured it would be easy, i've watched so many differents riders do this in slow-mo and i'm sure i'll get it fast. I just gotta get my wrapped up forward lean on and like you said keep my eyes on the water. I haven't done many w2w wrapped landings so thats the only thing holding me back right now, a few quik edging drills before hand and a plate full of commitment.
I'll let you know how it went, post footy if possible.
Here's a shot of my tantrum.
