Hey, I was out wakeskiing tonight, and I am wondering how everyone holds the rope wakeboarding or wakeskiing. my hands and forearms are getting extremely sore/tired, although i was out for about half an hour. could some gloves solve my problem? Also, I'm able to clear the was on wakeskis, but I'm lacking height, what do I have to do to get more height. Finally, my last question is about binding setup on my wakeboard. Im jumping but not quite clearing the wake, and was hoping for recommendations on binding setup.

Thanks
Joe

When i hold the rope my hands are kinda natural to me. Pretty far spread out, but not to the edge of the handle. As for your tired forearms, How often do you ski/wakeboard? At the begining of the season I get tired pretty quick but twords the end I can go all day (I ride about 2-3 times a week on average). They have the gloves with the forearm straps but those lead to nastier falls. Plus you can't be as cool as me if you're wearing gloves Cool Laughing

As for your bindinds I'd suggest you "duck" them about 9 degrees. Duck is where they're both slightly pointing outwards. This setup should be comfortable because when you jump straight up (you can try if you want Razz ) when you come down your feet are naturally "ducked". So about 9 degrees to the outside of your board should feel pretty comfy. If not just experiment and see what you like best. It's all about personal preference!
