the list of goodies:

(4pair) Hertz HSK200.3 (8"-4"-1")
(2) Hertz HXS300 (SPL 12" woofer)
(1) Wet Sounds Pro 485
(3pair) Wet Sounds MB-8
(1) Wet Sounds Pro 80
(1) Wet Sounds Pro 60
(4) Kinetic KHC-2400
(1) Kinetic KHC-1200
(3) Audison LRx 1.1k (running towers)
(1) Audison LRx 1.2k (3200 watts!!!)
(1) Audison LRx 4.1k
Clarion CMD6 with puck

The install is flawless and sound incredible. If you're in the greater Washington area, you've gotta take a peek at his boat. It mostly resides at Lake Stevens, but frequents Wenatchee and Chelan often.

If you don't know the caliber of the gear installed on this boat, it's very high end gear.

Also, I don't mean to be a jerk, but why on earth would anyone install paper coned woofers on a boat?

... Especially when they are installed tilted upward in the "drip zone".

Bit of overkill, especially on the tower speakers, looks ridiculous IMHO but I'm guessing its for a show boat for the company judging from the signage and probably wont even get wet.

I think its one of those cases that just because you can doesnt mean you should Rolling Eyes

Why do people insist on ruining a perfectly good boat? Save a butt-ton of money and just give it to me next time instead.

Wow, I am not one that likes to bash but that is a terrible install.

A typical example of someone with plenty of money to spend but no idea how to spend it.

The internal speaker positioning is terrible, as is the choice of speakers.

Forward and downward facing tower speakers are a poor choice also - if you want to have music projected into the boat from the tower a wetsounds tower speaker is not the product to use.

I'm pretty confident that a better result could have been achieved for half the money by someone who knew how boats get used.

Can't believe anyone who knew anything about marine audio would look at that setup and think "hey I want these guys to do my boat".
