Do it. Also, they did not include fee revenue from licensing growers/farmers, which could be substantial. _________________

chavez, The torch needs to be passed from the old guard. Until that happens, (which it has started) not much will change.
I suggest watching "Super High Me." The raid on the CA dispensary was very interesting. All of the agencies involved refused to show the actual search warrant. _________________ www.integrity-wake.com |

8824, the only agencies invading dispensaries in CA are federal now.
The old guard is just about gone here in CA. They (the ones from the heavily populated areas) are being replaced with the hippie guard - aka the former Haight Ashbury stoners from the 60's.
As soon as the goobernator is gone things might get done around here. As of right now, he is a useless lame duck roadblock to everything. _________________

Cali is already the 'social experiment' for the rest of the country, so I say why not add another variable into the mix to see if that helps out such a well thought out and well run state _________________ Neuston Boards

It makes more sense to keep spending money in a futile attempt to prevent people from partaking in a relatively harmless indulgence. _________________ I walk 47 miles of barb wire, I got a cobra snake for a necktie, a brand new house up on the road side, and it's made out of rattlesnake hide |

In my daily muck, there was a picture of a guy with a sign, it stated elected officials should have one term only. Term limits on all positions. Though it would never happen, that is the solution to solid government representing people.
I vote against every incumbent. _________________ www.integrity-wake.com |

A one sentence agreement? NIOCE!
Don't get me wrong, I love your responses. You obviously care and are passionate. Those are good qualities even if you are wrong! _________________ www.integrity-wake.com |

I don't get what they were trying to do in Co.? 5 people at time? Does that mean that a dispensary could only have 5 people in the shop at a time? Or only serve 5 people in a given time? Guess it doesn't matter since they voted it down. _________________

No doubt. Nothing like a little wine tasting in Napa followed by a quick puff puff....legally. |

The question here is, what will happen to people who are currently or have been previously charged with felonies under federal law? lets say a person from Texas, charged with a felony p.o.m, were to move there? Would they be able to find work without worrying about the charge on their record? Lets say this person is highly educated and will soon be in law school, will the state of California openly except said person, or will there still be a stigma that said person broke the law, and is therefore deemed a criminal by society? _________________
