I just learned how to get up on a wake board, so I know nothing about them and need some tips in what kind of board to look for for a beginner. I'm about 100 pounds. Also I'm trying not to go too far above $200. Thank you for you help! |

Your gonna need to provide a little more info to help the pro's on here give you some advice! How old are you,are you gonna get heavier pretty quickly,do you have other experience with water/boardsports,do you need bindings also? At $200ish dollars you are gonna be looking slightly used or maybe 07/08 closeout stuff. Guessing you aren't fully grown yet you prob want to buy something in the low 130's for a length,it will be a smidge big for the end of this year but be perfect as you grow some! Good Luck Get Wet!! My girlfriends son is 13 and 130 lbs. he just picked up a '07 Hyperlite Motive 128 for 100 bucks off ebay. I loaned him my old chaser bindings till he can mow enough lawns to get a real pair. I see kids size bindings for right around 100 bucks all the time, watch ebay close, I picked up a pair of '08 Murray CT for 70 bucks. Check boardstop, Grizzly sports, and evogear for close outs also. _________________
