Should fit 48 to 52 chest. I never used this vest it is a bit short in the waist for me but I'm very tall. Never in the water. Has side entry zipper and single belt. The arm holes are cut large for unrestricted mobility. Not Coast Guard approved. I have bought and sold about 4 or 5 vests and finally have a custom fitted one.
