Then going for a Friday night evening set from 8-10 (which was awesome) , having a great time, loading up my 2008 XLV and getting home to find that someone hit my trailer in the parking lot smashing in a whole fender and then they took off without leaving a note or anything. When we got to the marina that night there were like 3 trailers in the parking lot (it has room for about 50-60) so it took a complete idiot to hit our trailer.

What is wrong with people? There REALLY should be a test before people can drive Trailers and own boats.

i woldnt hit anything with a trailer going forward, but in reverse idk about... im 16 and tried backing up a trailer for the first time yesterday, its pretty difficult

i got you beat. last night we went out 10-7 and when loading up. had the boat at the dock, while i backed down the trailer, and as im coming back to get into the boat to load it. some lady in a I/O hit our Teak wood swim platform trying to pull away from the dock. that aint no dealership item Sad

sorry about your misfortune. thats the only down side to evening sessions. the % of drinkers on the lake is alot higher.

leviwynnyk, that sucks man. I've had my truck hit by a guy with a trailer, still have the dent. I've had trailer lights stolen at the ramp too. I don't go to that ramp anymore.

Fiberglass or metal fender?

Its a metal fender. Dented pretty good. I should throw a picture up.

the worst part is I own the security company that does their surveillance system (which I've watched online already of course) and they were to cheap to put a camera up watching all of the parking lot and line up, the only part that has a camera is the actual launch.

leviwynnyk, The security camera thing reminds me of something that happened to me. I had just got our new DVR up and running in our new office and was waiting for the UPS that we ordered to come in. A storm caused the power to hiccup and the DVR to reset. Before I got in the next day to start the monitoring software again, someone stole our company trailer. We had to pull footage from the system we installed for our neighbor which only got them pulling in and leaving with our trailer I had just installed a new tongue jack on, sand blasted and painted. Not a good feeling.
