yo yoo,

ive really been trying to add some style to all of my tricks. Ive been trying to poke and grab almost everything. What is the trick to going off axis and getting the board back under you. I'm sure this takes a lot of practice and control, but say I take a HS FS 180 with a nose grab. What can I concentrate on to really get that board to kick back behind me and will just pushing down on the handle when Im at full extension bring my body back under me. I hope this makes sense and I would appreciate any advice.

I added a pic of parks bonifay..and obviously it is absolutely huge, but that is what Im trying to go for at a lower height.

Thanks in advance.

Going off axis is really easy once you get the hang of it. Start off by simply edging a little harder when you get to the bottom of the wake and push the handle down. The harder you edge the more off axis you will go. You can also push the handle down harder to set you back more.

Only OA trick I do is the 3. I just practiced it a bunch on the tramp and landed it first day on the water. Took a few tries to figure out the line tension.

Key is throwing the OA off the wake and keeping the handle down.

I'm working on the Ole 5 right now. It keeps turning into a R2R though...

I'm trying to do that as well. I'd like to also get a nice mute grab with the board straight out in front of me. That wouldn't really be off axis, but I have trouble maintaining position when I move the board around like that. Any advice on the method? I want that grab so bad, but I can't get the board back under me while keeping my upper body back.
