size question

im 5'10'' and around 170 lbs. i found a LF watson 08 for a steal of a price. the only thing is its a 142. would that be too big for me or not. ive riden a ronix one 142 before and it was okay. i really like the speed of larger boards

The only thing about riding a board that is too big is that it rides higher in the water, and will feel fast and loose. If you have been riding awhile and have your edges down it should be a fun ride.

im 175 and ride a 142.
if you dont mind the extra wieght, the added surface area will give a bigger boot off the wake to a smaller rider.
can make tail and nose grabs ever so slightly harder ive noticed.
