Anyone tried this or used something like it?

I have been looking at these graphics that are adhesive and cover/protect your board. This site has all different graphics you can put on top of your board our you can create your own graphic. Seems like a cool idea but not sure if anyone has ever tried these out! The site I am looking at is buyscabs.com.

its not that, it just sortof looks like you're a spammer.

I personally dont think this sort of product is necessary (or good). I mean i guess if it protects the board, fair enough - but its a sticker, so it probably wont and most of them probably wont fit alot of boards, and this one HERE (http://buyscabs.com/wb026-load-the-l026.html) is literally the most retarded thing i have ever seen. I dont mean the most retarded wakeboard graphic, i mean the single most retarded thing ever.

I sent an info request and it is vinyl and not a sticker. They do cover the entire are of the board and are resistent to fading of the graphic. Sure I too think some are cheesy but thinking about creating my own graphic. There are a few other sites that sell similar product.

I think I am going with the hang time theme for my board. I just spent a good buck on my brand new board and I feel the need to cover it with a 55.00 cheesey vinyl graphic. Rolling Eyes

I am amazed by the honest and heartfelt input all you wakeboarding GODS have given. While I am sure everyone who has bashed it hard still run to their mommy & daddy for allowance to go boarding. I have odered one with my own graphic. Just to please the Wakeboarding GODS on this site I will continue to post and be sure to give me feedback on the product. Once I have it installed I will post pictures for you. Very Happy

UCBEARCAT, congrats on making your board look ridiculous with one of those terrible graphics. Why not just go to a shop that makes wraps for cars and decals for businesses and such and create a custom graphic that you can oversee the making of?

First of all didn"t say everyone! Secondly I am doing a custom graphic of my own design that I will approve with their art Studio! No-one ever asked if you like their graphics. I asked if anyone ever wrapped their deck with something like this. Thanks for the feedback. Like I siad earlier people who responded with honest feedback thanks - bashers I have no use for!

My main goal was to try something different without having to buy a new board. That's all it was period.
