Heading to Windsor tomorrow afternoon. Were staying at Days Inn, which I've been told is downtown. Were only going to be there for one night and there are 8 of us going. Any must go to bars, or sights? Past experiences? Positives and Negatives would be appreciated. Thanks. _________________ 93 four winns

| See... if you were heading to Windsor, CT, you'd be all set. Since I don't know where any other Windsor is... you're on your own. |

The only time I have been it was a long day of drinking and around 11 pm at night we had the awesome idea that we should pack up the car and take the 5 hour trip. Didn't get there till 4 in the fregan morning. _________________ jt09 wrote:

intotheflats, we hit up cheetahs. Only strip club I've ever been too, and it didn't dissapoint. We were only there for about 15 minutes or so but we got some good sights in.
Drank a lot of beers I've never heard of, went to a couple clubs which were kind of dissapointing because they were like none of the clubs in the US that I'm used too. Mostly stayed on the main street for the night. Went to the casino the next day and lost 80 dollars in about 10 minutes so I called it quits.
When we crossed back acrossed the boarder we knew we were going to get searched. My friend drives a flashy car, and in the car are 4 nineteen year old guys. My friend used to store his bowl in his bag, and when they brought the drug dogs over they went crazy. So homeland security tore apart the car and our luggage, and didnt find anything. They were extremely pissed. They told us they had enough on us to impound the car and arrest us, but they were going to let us go. In the security building there was us, and then any nonwhite foreigner. It was a sight to see. Perfect stereotyping. _________________ 93 four winns

Oasis137, I've been in there a few times, and you're right. I bet you're the only one that actually could speak english as well, right?
What kind of beers were you drinking? Did you like 'em? _________________ Impossible is not a a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.

arof, Yea, we were practically the only ones who could speak english. The foreigners were getting drilled with so many questions. It was crazy. I tried to go with as many obscure beers as I could get. Heres a list of what I can remember.
Konakee - Good beer, it was lighter, tasted like softer budlight but with a perfume taste to it. (thats the way me and my friends described it, couldnt find other words for it).
Steigl - Austrian Beer, I liked it a lot.
Carling - Great Beer.
Carlsberg - Another good one.
Something Pilsner - dont really remember the taste.
Then the other ones were a lot of weird german names. Overall, we had some great beers and not very many bad ones. We did do Molsons and labatts and aswell. _________________ 93 four winns

I did not, I remember seeing moosehead at one of the Beer Stores. Is it a popular beer? or just a local beer? I love local beers, I wish I would have had more while I was there. _________________ 93 four winns

Come... here?.... Windsor?... why?! Most of us try to find the first plane, train, or automobile out of here. _________________ "Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy not suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat" |

You can find moose head all around the midwest. There is even a drinking game called moose head that goes along with the beer. Game is as follows.
Pitcher in the center of the table everyone contributes a pour from their moose head beer. Ice cube tray butted up against the pitcher. You bounce a quarter, anything that lands in a left side ice cube cup in the tray you give out. Anything on the right you take. If you hit the pitcher last one to throw up antlers with both hands sucks down the pitcher. It's actually a pretty damn fun game. People get lost in conversation and completely miss throwing up the antlers. _________________ jt09 wrote:
