SORE AS HELL..

ughhh..my shoulder is sooo sore..
i almost broke it yesterday by falling..
trying to land a TRIPPLE backflip[yeah, make sure you have enough air when you do that], then fell and as i fell my bady twisted against the wake:[[
anyone know what i could do to make it feel right again?

yea get up and try that triple to shaun murray wakeboarding again and try not to press the buttons so hard...

briloves2ride101, Im toooooooooooooooooooootaly with you on that one. i tried a double pits to chesty yesterday on my modified motor cross bike that can ride on water. i totally had it stuck until jessica alba started making out with jessica biel naked and the pure awesomeness of it destroyed gravity and i got sucked into a black hole. sooooooo yeah im pretty sore from having my entire body compacted into a particle the size of an electron. im doing pretty good considering.

briloves2ride101, I don't mean to come off as brash, but these types of posts are going to gather you some negative attention for a few reasons:

1. Backflips are not possible in this sport, you'd hit the rope if you did a "backflip." The closest thing we have is a tantrum where you square your shoulders parallel to the wake and then basically do a "backflip."

2. To my knowledge a "triple" tantrum or backroll has never been landed. I haven't heard of women knocking out temper tantrums yet (double tantrum), if you are then you should get some footy up here I for one would love to see it. Maybe you come from a crazy gymnastics background, I don't know, but understand that people are probably going to be skeptical of someone claiming to be trying an extremely advanced trick when they don't even know the proper terminology...

To answer your question, probably the best way to deal with soreness is to stretch really good before and after your set.

To everyone else, please be respectful of the new members, no reason to hate all over someone just because they may be new to the site or sport. Wink

If I don't see some of that posted I might start to doubt the authenticity of your picture.
