smwill214, Great car as far as I'm concerned. A friend had one and preferred it over his 3-series BMW.

| I got my wife a 2003 9-3 about 3 years ago. We have had no major problems. It has been a pretty good car for her. One of the only complaints I would have, is that road noise is pretty loud inside the car.

I have a 2008 9-3. which would have similar working parts but a different body.
So far it's been awesome. No complaints at all (with about 25,000km).
This year she gets some new wheels and a few stereo upgrades if I can get it past the CFO

I have had many Saab's and imo it's a pretty good car. The 9-3 (newer ones) are great and you can probably get a great price on them now.
Big story here in Sweden right now is if Saab will continue to exist. News came yesterday that the company is safe for now.

MojoPin, your in Sweden?
The frustrating thing has been that no one in North America makes any real performance parts.
A company out of Europe BSR has some pretty cool stuff but apparently they won't ship to North America.

Canucked, Tell them to ship it to me in the UK and I'll ship it to you.... So long as you're covering what it costs me to do it I'm more than happy to help out a fellow wb.commer.

My girl has a 2004, she's happy with it. She also looked at 3-series.
Turbo?
