Well we got to go ride this weekend... Air was warm, water was cold but definitely not too cold, but the wind was cooking.. We found one side of the lake that was pretty descent, but of course, we were unwanted. We were definitely trying to be respectful.. After one of us fell, we heard some yelling and I quickly snapped this shot.. It was just too funny too me not to throw up here. I really should try to keep count of how many birds we get this year from fishermen.. We had a great time though, I cant wait to get back out there again...
Sorry for the blurry picture, we were moving and it was just a throw up shot (and Im no photographer).. But it was taken with an XT with a longer lens. So just to show that we were actually a long ways off. Also cropped and zoomed on the picture.

so what!?
everytime we went out with the boat, the fishermans are complain against us. the issue is, that theres only a handful areas we it is alowed to ride and exactly there are the fishermans sitting...
in the last few years, they throw stones, the insult us and there was one how shot with a airgun.
p.s.: we ride in holland, roermond.

Around here we haven't had a big problem with people fishing. We try to avoid them and give them plenty of room but I know they hate those rollers hitting them when they are fishing. Last season we were heading to one of our spots and this bass boat comes flying up behind us. When they came around the corner behind us it looked like they were just skimming across the top of the water. The next thing I see is them hitting the wake and getting about 3 ft of air, the prop was about 2 ft out of the water. It didn't even slow them down. They just looked at us as we stopped and went on by us.
I wave at them when they are staring. Most of the time they actually wave back.

ha. i dont usually stop around the fisherman to hear them yelling...usually just hope my rider doesn't eat it right next to the boat so i dont have to give em a nice double up sized roller
