What have you guys heard about the new BlackBerry Curve 8900?
Will it available to Verizon customers?
I can't really find anything about it besides that it has debuted in Germany and its supposed to come out Q1. Looks pretty sweet and has some great features.
I would post in Technology, but Non-Wakeboarding gets more traffic. |

Don't worry about it, I'm sure someone will move it for you. |

| I think it's only available on t-mobile in the US. I would imagine it will eventually make its way to verizon, but who knows. |

I work for an AT&T authorized retailer as our stores resident blackberry expert and all I can say about the 8900 is that AT&T will have it soon, much sooner than Verizon.
However, I recommend the Bold 9000 over the Curve 8900, Faster processor, higher resolution screen and it runs on the 3G network. _________________

Thanks logan,
I see, i'm just looking for an upgrade on my 8800 Curve. And I am a Verizon customer, and do not plan on switching to AT&T because the service is awful where I am . I really like the Bold 9000 though |

yes it's a slightly redesigned version for verizon, won't stand up to at&t's bold. I'd be surprised to see it actually launch in may, I'd expect October at best.
The 8900 is something that so far has only been designed for GSM carriers which is obvious why at&t will get it first. _________________

Here is Verizon's Bold, right now it is called the Niagra...
I don't like that it doesn't have the suave leather back plate, and I'm not fond of the top piece looking identical to the storm or the 8900. Then again it may be because I love my Bold and wouldn't change anything on it... _________________

logan, thanks.
I will most likely buy that when I upgrade, which isn't until October, so that will be perfect for me. |
