your right about the temp, but to the far right you can see a little bit of water, looks like the lake is big enough to avoid rocks and stuff

I just came back from this:

Too bad there are no powerboats allowed on that section. Also its full of Blue-Green Algae.

But god, all I could think about was how much I wanted to board on it...

Great pics, but i'm with Sean... too dang depressing! It's bad when you pass a pond or even a mud puddle and want all you think about is carving it up.

Ryann.... do you live on that lake? That's a pretty cool pic. I love those double rainbows. That had to inspire some good riding. I always enjoy riding the most when the sky looks gorgeous, like when the sun is setting and the sky looks like cotton candy. Then water gets nice and buttery.... ahhhh...... love that!

Yea Christy I agree! I love taking those evening sessions when the sun's setting on the horizon... everyone's off the water and it's pure glass... LOVE IT... or right after a rainstorm... always flat then too...

Oh yea, Maestro. That's a sweet pic. You ever ride in the early morning hours? I can't seem to get my a$$ out of bed early enough to enjoy a sunrise ride. The lake is usually littered with bass fisherman that early too. That really pisses them off to see a wakeboard boat coming. I should do it just for that reason.

M..... Yea, every weekend we say we're gonna be on the lake by 10:00, and it's always 11:30 before we get the boat down the ramp. This year I'll have to do things by Jr.'s schedule. Can't wait to see how that's gonna turn out.

You're killing me with the pics! Is that your dog on the dock? He's definitely enjoying the scenery! He's all kicked back..... guarding the butter!

wes.... I'd love to make it out early just once. You can get a couple of good sets in before everyone gets out on the water, then kick back under the sun around lunch time, then hit the water again mid afternoon. Just seems like the day flys by for us. I'd like to be ready to leave the lake for once, ya know? Like so tired, all I want is some yummy dinner, a shower and my bed. That's when you know you've had a great day on the lake.

My lake is always smooth in the morning(or I've been told), but I always sleep in too long to ride on the butter. Just before the time I like to wake up, the lake gets rough. I guess I just need to force myself to get up earlier.

Here's my riding spot. Early in the morning or sunset is the best time to ride. Too bad it looks like the second picture right now. Can't wait for spring!
