try and keep up skippy. if someone wants to fight me over me telling them to pick up their butt and not litter, i'm all for it. i'll tell you this - the majority of the time all i get is a sheepish look and an apology. people know they are doing wrong when they do it.
if it isn't a moral decision for you, fine. but me telling someone not to do it certainly has touched a nerve, because here you are arguing whether or not i should.... |

I thought my point was pretty valid. Pick your battles. That is not one of mine.
I guess I should spend my time gathering 10,000 posts so my quotes will be up to your standards. That is something I can tell my kids I accomplished in life.

I am glad you are salaried, so are car salesman. And I didnt say get paid, I said a promotion. Talk about following basic conversation, try actually reading and comprehending the sentence at the same time and your response will not be as easy to dismiss. | why would i need a promotion? i'm in sales at a small company. i have one person above me - the owner. no correlation between being salaried and promotion, so i'm not really sure where you are going w/ that one. you should quit while you are behind. |

You are right about understanding sales, I have no clue. The more you sale that more money you make. Which I would assume would equate to the more time you try to sale something instead of posting on the internet the more money you make. I could be wrong, but that is what I thought salemen did. Which further goes to the more money you make the more money you have which would enable you to buy a boat. See how we got there?

yeah, i know how it works. i had a record month in january and have a short week this week, so i'm being a slacker right now. but thanks for the lesson zig. still not sure why i would buy a boat though. |

And it was not a direct chop at the amount of money you make, for all I know you make a killing and just dont think owning a boat is a good investment. And I am sure he can afford a boat. My first one was a closed bow Prostar 190. I was definitely not trying to truly hurt JT's feelings, which I would hope cant be done over the internet by someone he doesnt even know anyway. Buzzkill. I care about people, not cigarette butts.

Yeah I know, but it wasnt a personal attack trying to say JT is broke which I dont believe anyway, unless he is caught in the hard times of the economy. And most broke dudes dont pull a gang of tail. Just a part of the conversation. It didnt think of it like that until JrYoung piped up. That is nothing more than the way my buddies and I get on each other. Laughing and raising hell gets lost when you are typing so I can understand where he was coming from. Ruined some good shiat talking though.
