help with the rope

hey guys ive tried doing frontflips and ive managed to land them but not holding onto the rope Sad

ive tried holding onto the rope but the boat just pulls me and i get pulled outa the rotation so i dont land and i land like a superman so i can hold onto the rope alright i just cant rotate properly because the boat pulls me. is there anything i need to do like different way of flipping to not get pulled by the boat or any tips that means i can land it with the rope

well what you do keep the rope tucked in close to your body so if the boat pulls you out of your rotation, atleast you can keep up with it if you have it in close to u

kool thanks so ill have to pull it all the way into my hit just b4 the jump? and then could i release it a little as the boat pulls would that help aswell?

yea release as boat pulls a little rope at hips kinda i think thats how i do it
