Just got an iPod touch. What are some essential things I should get? What are some good podcasts? Any programs or whatever that I should look into?

is there any special way to get mpeg video's off the internet and onto the ipod?

If you like sports, and specifically ESPN.com's "Sports Guy", then The BS Report from ESPN.com (Bill Simmons' regular podcast) is decent.

ok so now I am looking for FREE dvd to ipod converter and a FREE mpeg to mp4 converter. most everything I can find is only a free trial and then you have to buy it for $30 or more
