So...........?

I am proud to say that I am 6 months tobacco free. No smokeless tobacco for 11+ months and have not smoked since the end of June.

Had one of the best weeks of my life on my senior cruise, and probably hooking up with that girl I met from georgia on the cruise in the elevator and then going back to my room. Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Oh, I probably should throw in school achievements. Very Happy

I became engaged.

I hung up the playful penis, never to be enjoyed by random girls on a sexual whim ever again. Never to be shown about in a drunken stuper while trying to win over some co-ed who has an insatiable taste for penis. Never to be diddled by two gorgeous permiscuous women at the same time ever again.......

Wait, I'm not so proud anymore. Laughing

My two nephews.

Shea Patrick
Adin Jay

My sister did a good job.

Not one ticket - I got pulled over a few times but didn't get one ticket in 2008.
Lucky more than anything.

Another year of NOT letting corporate America kill my soul.

All in all not a bad year at all.

this is hard. i graduated in may, but i don't really feel that proud of that. i guess i would have to say i'm most proud of making it through my first semester of law school without letting the pressure get to me.

Since June, I am my own and only boss which has always been a goal of mine. I moved back to Texas which was a goal at the beginning of the year. That's all I can think of. There was a thread about 2008 New Year's Resolutions that I tried to search for but the search feature sucks. I'd like to bump and see how everyone did.

I got a new-ish car, advanced at my job, my store not only beat our sales budget, but beat our last year sales, and bought my first house. All in all, I've had a pretty kick ass year.

I broke up with my unbelievably needy and psycho ex.

I led the USM Golf team to the best performance in the Conference-USA campionship and tied best finish by a USM Golfer since joining C-USA, all the while continuing to be on the C-USA Academic Excellence team.

Kept the family together through a plethora of family emergencies...

I really don't have anything I achieved to be proud about. I'm really content though. Several years ago, I was proud when I finished remodeling my house, but I guess I didn't have any noteworthy accomplishments in '08.

I helped to keep my business alive for another year. That's a thing to be proud of lately.

Past that I cant think of a whole lot that stands out that I'm proud of. 09 though I'm planning a SH*T ton of stuff to happen with my life and my business so I want to really remember it. We'll see.

Hmm...
Took the GRE's and began sending out grad school applications. Only one semester left and I'll be graduating college in May.

Been single for over a year from the controlling ex and have survived (didn't think I would at times). Learned a lot about myself, being independent, and have experienced new things.

Coached two different teams to 1st place trophies at state and regional competitions - hopefully another state title in March. Helped to keep numerous kids out of trouble or help them when they had problems going on in their lives. They've taught me the most about myself.

Dealt with numerous family changes that are going to tear my family apart in the next few months. Tried to keep my sister from having to deal with the stress and allow her to not go crazy.

Overall, I'm proud that I've kept my sanity (or what I had of it to start). Life changes and I've adapted to those changes. I'm impressed with myself that I've learned to take my life one day at a time and *try* not to worry about the future.

Passing the bar and getting my bar card is way up there for me. Bought a business for my wife and helped her get it going is another. And, wrote my largest account at work and blew through my goals. So, all in all, I liked 2008. If 2009 goes half as well, I will be happy.
