Started wakeboarding 1.5 ago and am addicted now...my current/first board is a hyperlite fluid 137 with hyperlite split bindings...i think i am a intermediate rider in that i can olli with a board grab and get a few feet of air hitting the wake but cant quite make it to the other side yet..i dont have a wake boat but do have a tower and did buy a zero stretch rope that helped getting some air..but i'm curious what boards you think may help me get some more pop to get across the wake and what level of board should i buy..dont really wanna spend over $400 w/o binding..

You can pick up a hyperlite motive on ebay fairly cheap and since your used to a fluid already, the motive would be a great step up. It has a continuous rocker like the fluid does but is a little wider at the tip and tail so it will pop a little better. And the molded in fins help to hold its edge. I went from a fluid to a motive (it was a belmont at the time) and I loved it. It was easily one of the best boards I have ever owned

Here's a 134 at a great price. There are 140's on there too for the same price
