2001 X-Star.... What do you think?

I'm seriously considering the 2001 Mastercrafy X-star. It is $33,900, 300 hours, tower speakers, Pro Ballast System (2200 lbs.), Perfect Pass, V-drive, good condition, and ony needs board racks. What do you think?? Does this price sound reasonable? Let me know your thoughts....

Is the Pro Ballast System different than the regular KGB?

you said good condition, does that mean the interior has some flaws, you might be able to work on him a little about that.

tandem axle trailer?

That sounds like a good deal....it has everything you'll ever need (except for the boardracks obviously..) demo it and see how you like it. Honestly, if you really like the boat, who cares if you pay a little too much...you got what you wanted right?

Sounds pretty good to me.

I bought an '01 X-Star in January with stock KGB ballast, '02 tower with racks but no speakers, 40 hours and also very clean for $36K. I thought I got a reasonably good deal and it sounds like yours is equally as good.
