For those of you who don't know, last year I had an extra board in my garage and being that i like the shape so much I wanted other people to give it a try. So I sent it to someone and all they had to do was ride the board, sign it, write something in the journal that travels with the board and then ship it to the next person. We had such a great response right away, Hyperlite decided to send one of each size around the country. It went so great this past summer that we are going to up the stakes.
wakeboarder.com is going to be the new home base for the pay it forward program. we will be posting details about how it is all going down sometime in the near future.
the things that we know for sure is that it is going to be on a bigger scale, 9 boards instead of just 3. 135, 140 and 145 for the west coast, each size in the middle of the country, and each size on the east coast.
I will choose a person in each region to track the boards whereabouts and for the time and effort, that person will get to keep one of the boards, their choice which one. stay tuned for details and i will let everyone know when

| The only way I can try it out is at OWC. Don't know if Hyperlite would like that too well. Sounds like an awesome deal though. |

Sounds like a fun idea. I'd be interested in getting involved. I'd be interested in the details of being someone tracking the board in a region, as well. _________________ If love is blind, why is lingerie so popular? |

| Sign me up for the 145. This sounds like a fun way to get to know some other guys on the board. Between here and Chattanooga, we could easily cover 15-20 people. |

| great response. just need to get things organized. I will let everyone know when it is time to post who wants it. Don't worry about posting now, because we will use one post for each region. When the time comes i will need to pick a person from each region, so that will be the first step. keep your eyes open, it shouldn't be too long. |

Sounds cool. FedEx ground has always cost me less than $20 to ship. It should be cheaper than demoing a board. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

If you do not use a Pack and ship company it will be cheaper for sure. And distance is also a big factor. So if the board jumps from one location to the next state or within the state then the shipping will be pretty low. _________________ Wakeskating

only doing pay it forward on this site. when you guys request the board size of your choice, just let me know what tricks you want me to program into the board and it will be way easier to land those tricks.
don't mention it.
well, maybe you can mention how awesome it was doing your new tricks! ha. |

shaun murray, I'd really appreciate it if you could program in a Mobius for me. I get so close, but I can't say it's in my bag of tricks yet.
Thanks,

Another side I participate in did this with a pair of skis by one of the cult ski producers. Their stipulation was they had to be handed off in person, I'm guessing that can't be the case all the time but could come in very handy once this gets going.
Also, when you had the skis, you had to post a full report with pictures of your riding. _________________
