Right click on the picture
Select properties
Highlight the whole Address (URL):
Hit Ctrl C to copy it.

Goto where you input your signature
put the HTML code in:

<IMG SRC="pasteimageaddresshere">

paste your image's address in the appropriate spot.

If that doesn't work then I don't know how.
Maybe you would have to use the php image tags used in the message board[/img]

If you're having an image please keep it at 100px (height) by 600px (width). Large signatures are pretty annoying.
