You can get a Monkeybar on ebay for like $429. Or go to wakeandskate.com. The guy who owns the shops gets great deals on older models from the manufacturer. I love mine. It saved me mad $, and it works great!

| I have a Skylon ext pylon, works fine, just a hassle putting it up and taking it down. I also have a 4 board rack but w/ the bimini up can only fit 2 boards in.

Monster Towers are great, but still more than twice the money of an extended pylon. I like mine quite a bit - it's the Skylon 2-piece. Takes very little time to set up & take down, but you have to do that every time you go out if you garage your boat.

the pylons are plenty strong. they just aren't as rigid as a good tower.
i'd say get the pylon. it's not a big difference over a tower, and it's better than going off the small ski pylon.

STPHN, No, they aren't plenty strong. It doesn't take a scientist to look at the design of each and figure out which one is strong or not. Have you ever had a pylon or a good tower? I didn't think you needed those for tubing?

I don't have a tower. I wish I would've saved my money for a tower instead of wasting it on my piece of shitt pylon.

Buy a pylon if you cant afford a tower. Ive ridden behind both and there isnt much difference.

Yeah, if you can't afford a tower, a pylon has the same purpose. The average rider isn't gonig to notice a difference between the two. I think those support wires that go to the front of the boat would just be a big pain in the ass...

tn_guy212000, Airboom.
A big waste of $800 dollars. I get the speakers, too. They broke all ready. I just sent them back today.
The people at Airboom have been no help at all. They don't even understand their equipment and what they sell. They tried to tell me that they don't sell pylon speakers. I bought them directly from them! They just want me to send everything in and leave me stuck with nothing for 3 weeks, at least!
