Is the 2008 hyperlite premier any good? Anyone with experience with it tell me what you think of it.

I have the '07 and it rides great, carves fast, loose when you want it to be, especially with the center fins taken out. I think the only difference from 07 to 08 is the graphics.

Aaron Rathy rides that board, and on a scale from one to ten he is pretty unreal, so I would say its a good board, but there is quite a bit of personal preference involved, so make sure you do your homework.

I'm pretty sure the 08 version of the board is a good bit lighter than the 07 version. They also removed the jib ribs for 08. Other than that I believe they are the same. The 06 and 07 versions of the board are exactly the same except for the graphics.

They did make that board 15% of so lighter for 08 and 09. That was a top of the line board for HL when Danny was on that board shape. Since he moved over to that other company it has moved into a package setup. Great board/binding setup in the Hyperlite line.
