well, i freakin hate school. my school ends on wednesday but the only class i am going to is gym. why must they drag out the school year. We have done literally no work this week. anyways at least i get to play on computers for one of my classes. any one else on right now?

i remember h.s. I hated it. evryone says they are the best years, but guess what? when you dont have to go to class everday and you can drink are the best years....

You guys who say school sucks don't know how good you have it. I always thought while I was a student that I would be so much happier when I was working & stuff. I'm not complaining about working, but I realize now how foolish I was to think those things when I was a student.

Now I work at least 8 hours a day, usually more & sometimes I even come in on the weekends. Then when I get paid I hafta pay bills for my rent, electricity, gas, phone, cable, credit cards, etc. Many of you are gearing up for summer break; enjoy it to its fullest. Not only do I not get summer break, I don't get spring break or a Christmas break either (just Christmas Eve & the day, then back to work).

Why am I rambling like this? I'm trying to help you see how cool it is to be a student. You don't know how much I miss just being around people my age, most of the people I work with are in their late 30's & up. You get to be around your friends, not worry about bills, have tons of days off; all that for just a little studying. Live it up while you can, there's nothing like it. Wink

Im not sayin dont go to school or anything...but i hated high school. Now im 26, i have a job i love, yea, you have to pay bills but come on. I didnt sell my soul to a 60 hour work week to make money. My family and i live humble lives, but we enjoy ourselves.

it's so hard to finish school when u only have 2 weeks til finals. i wake up every morning, not wanting to go to calc, but knowing i have to. i either zone out in class or i'm so antsy that i want to go wakeboarding. i hate mornings.

I hated high school too, but I think I made it miserable for myself by saying "I can't wait to get out." If I woulda sat back & just relaxed a little rather than focusing on the things I hated I probably woulda had a lot more positive experience. That's what I ended up doing for college & I LOVED it, in a lotta ways I wish I could go back. In fact I just might, only I don't think the life of a grad student is as nice as undergrad. I got out 2 weeks ago!! But, I've still got 2 years of H.S. ahead of me, 4 years of college, 3 years of law school, and then out into the real world. Sad

You guys should go to Arizona or ASU. "Sundress" days year-round. South Florida/Miami would also be sure bets.

yup, scool is hard, specially at the end
iam finishing hs this year(in 2 wekk, including exams) and every morening iam getting up a 6, to be on the bus at 6:30, to be at school at 7:30...and now i see the scool ill be going next year, right next to the river i wake, and your not force to go to classes, it will be nice when my dad when my dad come pick me up with the boat and ill just wakeboard!!that will be the best school year!
