krown boards are thay any good

hey i got a krown board to try out this new year i have never heard of this bran in newzealand dore anyone know much about them Twisted Evil

Krown has been around for a long time. I'd say at least 10 years if my memory serves correctly. Ive never ridden any of their stuff but I have seen a few of their boards and they seem to be pretty well made.

I used to have a Krown Krossover 137. Cool graphics, but beyond that I thought it sucked. I think it was labeled for beginners...it just felt like plastic molded together with dead space.

Perhaps they have some nicer boards???

Krown started out years ago and then went away. Another company brought back the Krown name and some of the graphics from the first attempt at Krown.

Site is still up. 07 boards are listed. I did not see them at Surf Expo in 2008 or 2009.

So.....not sure what the current status of Krown boards. I know they were doing skate and that has worked out a little better for them so maybe they are doing more in the skate market.
