well, im not semi pro but i do a lot of editing for friends and family

intel quad core 6600
2 gb of really fast ram - upgrading to 4, 2 is not enough
500gb hd x2
western digital raptor 74gb raptor
xfx 8800 gts video card
xfx 780i motherboard
