Not exactly but feel like I hit a wall in my progression.
I went out last night and couldn't land anything that I was comfortable with just a week ago. The more I tried the more frustrated I got which made my sesh get progressively worse.
What do you do when this happens?
Do you keep pushing as if it never happened or do you take a step back and work on the basics before trying to take the next step again? |

Work on the tricks that you can already do and make sure you can do them consistently... or take them bigger. _________________ Go Big. Go Bigger. Bubb Rubb going home. |

yeah man it was just a bad day. and attitude plays a HUGE part in how you will ride. start missing stuff, and it just seems to keep going down hill from there. next time know when to just step away and relax on the boat. or work on simple stuff, like switch riding or ollies.
youll stomp it next time dont worry. just start small and work up to the tricks you were trying. _________________

Word! I appreciate the advice and encouragement.
I went back out last night and had a relaxing sesh and attitude was a big part. Didn't really care what I accomplished and just had fun behind the boat. I wasn't concerned with going big or trying impress anyone and was just happy to be riding in October. At one point I slowed it down and just goofed off.
Drinking beer and forgetting about it was a good idea too! |
