6x9 speaker boxes on tower

has anyone made a device to mount individual 6x9 speaker boxes on a tower. such as U bolts or sometype of clamp.
please post thoughts or ideas, i will try anything

There was an old article on WB.com's home page a long time ago that shows you how to build speaker box's for them with brackets. Try looking for it or maybe asking Pat if he still has it stored away somewhere.

Check out www.diyTower.com, we've added as many links as we could find about this. Check out www.ChassisShop.com for their clamps, very sweet. You can use U-Bolts or Muffler clamps as well but they are more ghetto.

Do you already have the speaker enclosure and just trying to mount it, or are you starting from scratch? Depenging on the enclosure and the tower configuration, you may be able to mount it to the tower tube with an L shaped bolt clamping the enclosure to the bottom of the tower tube. One benefit is that you can't see the method of attachment.
