Got J bars with my bindings bindings feel great without them so I haven't even put them in. Would I notice any difference with them in?

They are used to make custom heel pockets in Ronix bindings. I'm not sure if other bindings come with or use J bars. They are a memory foam shape that looks like a boomerang.

If you aren't satisfied with the hold you have now...put them in. If you are happy...why fix something that isn't broken.

Those things also come in BURTON snowboarding boots...guess they would provide a snugger feel. Didn't even use them then.
